He is an ex-HOD at the Department of Physics, RTM Nagpur University with more than 30 years of research experience and an academician with more than 85 research papers published in well-known National and International Journals.

He has handled research projects funded by UGC, CSIR, DST and DRDO upwards of Rs. 2.5 crores and collaborated with the University of Cambridge and NFTDC (India) on Intermediate Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cell related project.


His research specialization includes Materials science, ITSOFC, Solid Electrolyte, Solid-State Sensors, Fuel Cells, Batteries and Instrumentation.

He has mentored several Ph.D. students and is a member of various academic bodies at Nagpur University.
